Christmas Placemat Crochet Pattern
This pattern is simple for even beginner crocheters. It comes with two options for appliques and works up fast. Great for Christmas gifts. When you put your heart and soul into your hand made creations and give them as gifts, they will be cherished forever.
This is a “PDF PATTERN” teaching how to make the Christmas Placemat and NOT A PHYSICAL PRODUCT FOR SALE.
PATTERN NOTES:
- Skill level – Easy. Pattern uses single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, Suzette stitch, cluster stitch.
- This crochet pattern is written in standard US TERMS and includes helpful photos.
- Size: Placemat measures approx. 18.5” wide and 13” high when finished
MATERIALS NEEDED: (for one placemat)
- Yarn Main Colour A:
1 – 7 oz ball of Red #4 Worsted weight yarn
(I used Red Heart Super Saver Red from Yarnspirations) - Yarn Contrast Colours:
B – White #4 Worsted weight yarn - C – Green #4 Worsted weight yarn
(You will not need full balls of these colours for one placemat) - Crochet hook – 5.5 mm, 4.0 mm for appliques
- Darning needle
- Scissors
